Exhaust clamp help

Just trying to fit my ktec stealth, but the clamp between the front and rear sections is being a real cnut!!!

Tried wd40 and it looks seized on, its on jacks atm and im making the car shake im pushing it so hard, kinda worried the car is gona fall tbh

Am i best just taking it to a garage? Cos i dont want to end up stripping it and it needing grinding off.

if it's that bad you need a new clamp anyway........

It's annoying cos the other clamps are in pretty good shape considering the age of the car, around london what's a decent labour rate? Also how long do u reckkon it will take if he has to grind this off and fit the new system?
