Already had the autoglym products and fancied trying out someother stuff so bought some Snow foam, Bilberry, Tyre gloss and Dodo Wax from i4detailing as well as this bad boy...

^^^ Thats awesome I was impressed with that last night :)

Anyway I snow foamed up the car and let soak. Then washed off. Then shampoo'd with Autoglym shampoo and my wool wash mitt. Rinsed off again and dried. It was at this point i realized how bad i have scratches/swirls (but il come onto that later)

Then SRP all over and buffed off with the micro fibre. The plan was to wake up early today and to the EGP but when I woke this morning it was pissing down so that gonna have to wait :( Im left with it like this for now...

Little bit of beadage...(cant wait to get the EGP and Wax on to get it beading properly!)

Just waiting for it to stop raining so I can go out and do the wheels and maybe EGP.

Right back to my swirling and scratches. I have a bad scratch on my Driver rear quarter panel. Its not overly deep but you can notice it here

Would a proper going over with a machine polisher get rid of all the swirl marks and this scratch? Im starting to get the detailing bug now :( so am looking into doing a proper PC soon.

What are my best options for doing that?

Just a bit! I could take my car down to my mates farm and use his barns but theres no way im driving down his track with 4 foot bloody potholes full of muddy water! Grrrr... i thought about getting one of those car tents actually!

Its stopped raining now but I dont trust it to stay dry long enough to go out and dry it and put the egp on ... it will rain as soon as i go to put it on :(

Some good products there mate... I'm saving up for a pot of Blue Velvet!!
I've got a PC and it definitely makes light work of the swirls... not too sure about the scratch, it would make it less visible that's for sure.
I see you're going for the multi-coloured badges then?? ;)

HA ha ha yeah! I Sprayed up the side and front badge recently to see how it looks...then promptly ran out of broom yellow! It's too mustardy for my liking so I want to find a lighter yellow. I am after a second set of untouched rear badges just cant find any cheap! So thought it'd be cool and set a trend to go multicolored :)

Will do fella, It smells like bubble gum and I want to eat it!

Only thing I cant decide it whether to apply by hand or by cloth... it says cloth on the package but I know people do it by hand (though it I do it by hand I may well lick my fingers it smells that nice!)

I'd do it by a microfibre applicator if you've got any, or a foam applicator maybe? Not keen on using hands... seems harder to buff off because it's not that uniformly applied (if you know what i mean).
