Favicons? In Start Bar, How?

In my Quick Lanch Toolbar I have links to a number of web based links (Pages, Servers, etc).

In XP Pro I simply made a shortcut to the page and dragged to the Quick Lanch automatically using the sites own Favicon (This is the correct term?)

Have just upgradred to Vista Ultimate, same proceedure but it dosen't display teh favicon, meaning I have a row of webpages and no way to tell which is which till i hover!

Any help?

Sometimes it doesnt work, just stays as like the little flower thingy, but you have to re-do it and it works. this is xp tho..

Go back to XP, sorted! Seriously though, have you got IE as your primary browser? If not it may not work properly.
