Does this part stop the creaking though? If not what does it do? The creak is doing my nut in!!!
washers are no longer needed with this part now chaps

is that the spacer that sits within the large rubber bush / topmount that sits under the turret? was going to be ordering new bearings shortly

Can someone give me a rundown of what the issue is and how these new parts fix it? I have got a creaking on full lock on the passenger side front, which sounds like it could be the creaking you lot say is fixed with this modded part? What is is and what does it do?

i had new front shocks and top mounts fitted a few months back and tom at west's renault supplied everything. the top mounts had different looking washer setup to the previous oem ones that were fitted, i believe these are the new design ones. the knocking has stopped, no creaking etc

I've had 2, and also know 3 people well who've had 1*2s, and none have done it.

I get it on full lock and whilst pulling away and braking to a stop.
