not at ktec... at my workshop (GDI)

yeah... still a valver... but will be rapid on the road...

also got coil overs

we are fitting a turbo to it in a few months (customer choice)

Andy - you mention flowed manifolds - what can be done with the inlet manifold and does it make much difference ?

hard to improve much as you realise as you cant really get inside the main bit but the inlet ports can be opened and matched to the head for flow improvment

one of the best bits is the way the engine revs, the reponse is great. The mixture of the lightened cam pulleys and lightened flywheel along with the balance has made it like a large bike engine in the way it feels.....

didnt really want to give it back to the customer......

Nice work - do you have any idea to what sort of torque/bhp improvments your work has done to this engine? Where abouts are you based?

we test drove it this morning and the low down torque and engine response was much better... its still being run in so after we have mapped it I will let you know what we got....
