first time



Hi, thought i would try give my Mk3 Clio a good clean today this is my first attempt so wouldn't mind if anyone could give any tips or advise :approve:

Products used: Autogym shampoo, polish and windscreen polish.

So i powerwashed her first then used the "two bucket" method to shampoo then dryed her with a leather shamy then applyed polish by hand then along with windscreen polish by hand.

I did miss out on the black wax stuff that i have for the plastic bits such as the grill and mirrors, anyways il let the photo's do the talking :eek:

  Clio mk3 1.2 Extreme
Look good to me. Same colour and spec as my clio by the looks of it. Great colour always come up great imo. If you haven't done so yet maybe clay the car. This pretty much brings to paint up to new. Then polish. Then use a sealent followed by a couple of layers of good wax. This will make it shine and make it easier to clean/maintain specially through the winter.

Thanks so far on comments and will take up advise on the clay just not sure how to use it in the detailing process.. lol or even a good clay producted am quite keen on the auto gym stuff though so does any one know if any good clay product to mix with that? and also thanks Aluco il order that tomorrow :approve: will look about on that too get some other stuff
