fitted road angel ariel today

I asked halfords to get me the 5 metre one, but as its toomk about 2 weeks for them to receive it, once they received the 3 metre one i couldnt be arsed sending it back.

As it was short iv fitted it to my sunroof but it gets full signal. Put it down the seals round teh door and through the inserts on the dash, look ok for now

Taking it to leeds car audio on tuesday and they are going to do it all properly for me, so i dont need to use the cig lighter.

** i got told the road angel 2 works on mobile cameras, but is it true that it only beeps once the laser actualy gets you and by then its too late, youve already been caught?

I put mine all properly in behind the dash.. well worth it.

I use the main cable in my Williams all fitted properly, then the second one you get when I move it from car to car.

Looks much better installed properly.

I phoned up Blackspot to order a 5m one, despite tellong the woman about 3 times that was the one I needed they sent a 3m one! They finally sent the right one.

The RA2 deals with mobile cameras in two ways. Like you say you may get enough time to react to the laser alert. Sometimes it also tells you off frequently used mobile sites even if they are not in use.

So do you need some special ariel? Heard they dont work in Clios? is this true?
