Fitting Alpine Headunit to a 2002 172ff

Anyone know if i need an Iso adaptor to fit my Alpine Head unit to my car ?

Another one i've noticed i have a 6 Disc Multichanger under my passengers seat thats a renault one but made by Alpine.

Is there anyway this will fit in my Alpine Headunit ?

E.g. Will the plug fit in back of stereo ?

Cheers :clown:

as far as i know all the details would be in the manual you got with your head unit and its very usefull too. i have a alpine head unit and all the wiring diagrams are in it for connecting other appliances/speakers. i personally wired up 2 6x9 a ver large amp and 2 12" subs to mine using just the diagrams shown in the manual and no prior fitting experiance all works great too only proplem is plastics rattling from the bass but thats nothing some sound deadening and tightening of screws wont fix. as for an adaptor mine came with 2 adaptors one for fords and similar conections and one for peugeots and other similar cars so your best off checking that with the manual too. i just hope your not one of these silly people who bins it with the box in the excitment of fitting some new ice, or worse still went to halfords or some other garage and let the dispose of it. either way if you don't already have the adaptor go to a local motor world who have most in stock for alpine and the like, or will order it in a few days. id stick away from larger stores like halfords who add about 40% to the price to rip you off
