Still having problems with my car turning on full lock as previously mentioned.

Am I right in saying under the bonnet at the top of the suspension where there's a big piece of rubber is where you guys reccommend fitting washers?
As for the knocking in first gear, I'm gonna order a dogbone mount from k-tec and if I try adjusting the front engine mount - which bolts need undoing?
