Just recently bought a 02 Clio DCI. Runs and starts fine, no spluttering or anything but seems rather flat, as if the turbo isn't working (in fact it drives just like a non turbo car) Have taken the EGR out and that's fine, while it was off I checked the actuator was free, that's fine. The car doesn't have that little whislte/whine like TD's usually do either. Started the car with the airbox off and the actuator arm didn't move when revved, should it? Am I looking at a duff turbo?
