How I bought it 5 years ago, on 45k.
Completely standard bar clear side repeaters.
A few years later I decided to make some changes to it.

Work for GKN Aerospace, building A320 components. Next building along do hydraulic piping and they get loads of offcuts, perfect for little jobs.
I'm pretty good with my hands and a 32 tonne hydraulic press.
