No, it's the HID bit. Lights like that blind everyone else on the road.

But nice snow.

This.

Despise HID conversions that aren't in the correct projector lenses, they just blind every fucker on the road!

What about OE HID bulbs in normal diffuser lenses?

Like older E Class' and Accords.

They project the correct pattern, OE fitted HID's will have to meet the same requirements as normal filament lamps inorder to be classed raodworthy.

Aftermarket HID's don't unfortunately.

yeh but its not as if he's even set them low or gone for a cooler temp on them is it.

i mean mine arent in the hub/oem lense but they are set low and are 6k (lowest you can get)

these are as subtle as Jordans t1ts

Ah yeah, makes sense.

I know what you mean though. I see loads of Golfs with 90,000,000k bulbs in.

I might buy a sh*t car to crash into the next one I see, then claim against him and his illegal lighting setup.

yeh but lets be fair they are low in the general scale of things
Yeah I was being a bit harsh. 6000k isn't that blue in the big picture

4300k is actually the brightest you can get, the higher the K number the lower the light output
Yup, that's why I went for 50w 4300k's for mine - need all the light output I can get, low headlamp position and low driving position doesn't help. Supposedly almost 4x the lumens output of 55w halogens if you believe the hids-direct website.

The HIDs werent pointed low at the time, purely as when they were low, they didnt show off the snow as much.

I drive with them pointing down to the ground and have never been batted an eyelid at since having them.

I fancy some 4300K Bi-Xenons though now.
