Mine is sat 11am. No doubt they'll ignore for half an hour. I'll ask for a print out or a list or something and take a photo of it.

MJ, I'll photo mine tmrw, the fogs weren't working, (because I had none when I got the car, and I didn't push the main plug in hard enough when I fitted them) Renault quoted 120 odd quid to "investigate" why one didn't work and 30 odd quid to "investigate" the other.

2 minutes of my work and plugging it back in they were fixed.

My reg doesnt show up either, is it worth just ringing the dealership up??

use one of your first plate number if it has been changed mine came up with a laguna so i just used that. i told renault and they said no problems all you need is the voucher number and then ring them to get it booked in and your free stuff.

I'm booking mine in, not sure if I can really be bothered with the hassle though? Should be worth a few LOLs though.

Got mine done today.

She asked if I had had the belts done and the coolant/brake fluid changed before recommending they needed doing. Then she just told me to keep an eye on the rear brakes, to top up the oil (i knew about this but doing a change this weekend so thats no worries), and that the rear light adjuster needs a new clip (already knew that one aswell).

So they didn't try to rip me off at all, and to do the clip they only wanted £4 but didnt have it in stock or i'd of let them do it for that price!

The free safety kit has the triangle, high vis and first aid kit in, not bad for free :)

Flol. They made me sign a disclaimer that said I knew the car was unsafe to drive before I was allowed to take the keys back! Almost got talked in to buying an R27 too! Silly me. Was fun on the test drive though.

Nope. I kind of knew about the bottom ball joint from the creaky steering. I knew about the wipers as well. However the cv boot, links and back box mounting nope. Wheel alignment is fine. :S

Got it booked in for Thursday. He's gonna check it to make sure it does actually need that stuff done first. I'll report back then.

Voucher received... Will get it booked in and then laugh at the outcome. I want someone with a track **** to take theres down, just to see what faults they come up with.

I took mine down and they didnt know what to do, failed it on everything apart from brakes and tyres ;)

LOL... it was when the car went for the bonnet latch check, they said "Are you being serious" the brakes and tyres look fine but the rest is a fail... bucket seats, harnesses, stripped out etc. etc.

Oh and your air con pump and pipes are not there.

Pmsl @ Are you being serious

I've had 2 calls already this morning from them wanting my cash, for the repairs and to buy the r27 I test drove! How do you block numbers? lol

Where was that, Renault Co-op in Derby or the Notts branch?

bargains all round. Could be useful to find things that you dont actually know are 'wrong', but prices wise, probably going to be a tad OTT on the labour costs

I know I could do with a tyre. Maybe a CV boot (I regreased a few week back and put a new jubilee on)

As far as i know, it's alright.

if they say brakes and pads, they can get stretched, it had all 4 new less than 3 months ago

Exactly. Free diagnosis, get the work done elsewhere for half the cost. Win win.

Cookson, they never checked my tyres, I've got a barely legal one back left and not a mention of that.

I should put mine in for a laugh, the last time I was being asked for £150 a corner for tyres, £20 quid for washer fluid and lark like that.
Brilliant guys.

Think the best bit was lately I had a £2 missing 'bolt' and one garage was trying to get me to spend £250 on bits to rectify. Superb.
