I wake up to my neighbour knockin on my door, my car has been broken into! stolen my dvd headunit the f*****s!! they even tried to wedge a broom up against the front door of my house to stop us getting out if we heard! even though the door opens inwards the thick t***s! cant believe it, well gutted, only had it a couple of months! I would of had an alarm but I can't really afford one at the moment - poor student

Seeing so much of this these days its getting beyond... had two trying to break into mine the other week. Its becoming stupidly crazy now, my mate had one of his tyres on his c4 vtr+ slashed today as well, knife straight in it. Its a joke!

I had a set of new fogs on the passenger seat, they didnt even take them, i also had my sub and amp in the boot which they didnt take, probably couldn't figure out how to get in there the thick t***s, I eat pieces of s**t like them for breakfast!

i feel for ya fella not nice, i had the pleasure of returning from OZ to find the f**Kers had got my amps + head unit not only that they went in through the lock and mangled the door skin at the same time!
When the missus told on the phone i was at heathrow just walking through passport control with that big sign that says welcome to the uk!!

as said above happened to me on the driveway, also a month before that had 2 tyres slashed and wingmirror kicked off!

i decided to put a floodlight in one of the bushes in our garden, with a sensor on the front of the house near the small wall light.... anyone comes onto the driveway and bam its on full whack, they will soon f**k off..... also got a smal cam setup in the window, only comes on to record when motion is detected.... thought it was all worth it seeing as its cost me like 170 for two tyres, 90 for a window, 30 for a new window seal, 40 for new colorcoded wingmirror.... and then theres the loss of the headunit which i havent sorted yet.......

had some wierdo come onto the drive a few days after the break in at 4am.. not seen him since

seriously though, how can people be so pathetic to damage other peoples property, just over jelousy?

Gutted for you mate!Bloody theiving b******s, nothings safe nowadays, not even on your own drive. Thats why ive left my standard stereo in, allthough bloody pikeys will still try and rip it out if they had the chance. We should be able to install them things that give off electric shocks like they have in south africa!

yeah, the front only has buttons on it and no screen or anything, doesnt look flush when its all folded in. they must have seen me driving with it on then saw where i pulled onto my drive! it makes me feel sick!

i was just saving up for a remap too, now that fuckin plan has gone out of the window! gutted!

That's the way it should be done in this country as above shoot till they drop, our car is apart of who we are and when something happens to your baby it just tears you apart, me previous car got broken into right across the road from the shop i used to work in they used a screwdriver on the door lock to get in took a few valuables inc my cuddly cartman, that was 4-5 years ago when it happened i just broke down

Just about every motor i've ever owned has been broken into or damaged. Even had a couple disappear without a trace. I've lost stereos, tools and even wages as that weeks worksheets were in my van when it went. Makes you sick to the pit of your stomach.

I got em good one day though - drawing pins stuck inside the door handle - felt like an electric when it got ya, i know coz i forgot they were there!! Trouble is they came back a few days later and took the whole motor, all i had left was the shroud from the door lock.

Perhaps a decent bell before the stereo next time eh?

I bought a time lapse recorder and infa red CCTV camera from eBay last year, keeps an eye on the car - cost me less than £80 to set it up. Id invest in one along with an alarm, a guard dog, a baseball bat and maybe a shotgun.
