Optimax degrades and you have no indea how long its in the tank, i talk to the friendly chat at our station and the fuel truck comes every 2 weeks, and its a HUGE petrol stationon the main road to cambridge. Optimax is rank after a few days and a week its pretty much the same as regular SUL.
Texaco in my scoob holds better boost (computer doesnt fluctuate it) and power, and gives much much better returns in MPG.
But for some reason, a mix of Optimax and the texaco stuff is the best, but its hard to find texaco super premium.
How long do u think its been in a silo at the refinery? petrol takes ages to degrade. a week or so extra in a petrol station will make absolutely no difference.
Very true, but i havenoticed massive amounts of quality variation between regions. Some Optimax knocks like hell and some dont. My scoob is very very sensitive and can knock/det very easily
thats because you prob been to a dodgy garage watering it down with 95 ron etc
