General Creeking sounds?

Ever since ive had my clio, all i hear is a common problem of the sunroof creeking and rattling fair enough renault are bollox and didnt no how to fix this. How ever now the hole of the car sounds as if its rubbing together like the shells twisted!! Theres a couple marks on the doors where it connects with the shell to say they have scraped but itss bloody annoying. Any ideas what to doo?
or what parts peee you off from yours?
