Clio 1.4rt, 1992 K reg

69,000 miles, 5dr, silver, no mods, perfect condition, full service history (loads of stuff done and regularly serviced). Two previous owners, MOT til january, no tax, comes with 3 months warranty that covers everything except alarm and immobiliser (company policy - car only has immobiliser though). No rust, and everything in lovely condition.

£1495! Can get it for £1400 though as no tax?

I know its a K reg, but seems like a fairly good buy?

hmmm you could get cheaper. I sold my K reg RT with a few mods for just over a grand. Had a more miles but had history and cam belt change and tax. Get a 3 door!

Yeah i had it look at the service history and apparently the cam belt had been changed. How much does this cost anyway as i forgot to look at the price

Yeah thats what i thought, not bad for trade, but could do cheaper private. Thing is the 3 month warranty sounds good cos i know im covered and i aint gonna get ripped off

BTW, to get it taxed would i use the slip off the bottom of the v5 log book as it would have to be sent off to transfer ownership? Also, would i have to get the new insurance documents to be able to get the tax?

I have a five door and I prefer it to the three door. It looks like a clean and tidy car. I have a J reg with 90k miles on it and it still runs smoothly. I think the price is about right aswell.
