greek clio 172 ph1 tune up

...hi from Greece! i have a clio 172 ph1 and i 'm tuning it up for 210+ for a single throtle body.
at last with green air induction kit , custom 55'' full exhaust decat and remap (7800 lim.)it was running 155whp.
now i have all belong parts and next week we will start the JOB!
full port of cylinder head
port and polished inlet
wossner 12.8:1 orged pistons
forged con rods with arp's from engine dynamics
engine dynamics cams set (the profile colombo bariani's) but mines will be refaced for a litle more torque low rpm
mls head gaskets
new followers
cat cams valve springs
arp head stud kit
Bottom End gasket and seal set
trimetal coussinets (balance with crank, rods etc)
haltech E8 ecu system with lot of options and extras
compression about 12.9:1
and i'm thinking about ptfe inlet gaskets
then after 2-3000 miles of low rpm running we will fit a 182 manifold with a 2.5'' custom exhaust and we will programe it on road and dyno.
do you think that with these mods 210+ is a ''dream''?
have any one to suggest something? what about a larger throttle body or port the oem mody?
what about ttv light weight flywheel?

thanks George

standard throttle body i dont think would be a restriction, dont see any need to go bigger.

Light weight flywheel, ive never tried one in the clio but i had a shot of an integra with one and it flew thru the revs, really recomended

has any one fit this engine dynamics (c&b) set of cams with forged pistons?
what about the vvc? keep it or delete and go for adjustable pulleys?
and something last, with all these parts is dangerous revving 8000-8200?
will the roller rockers go for a walk???:S

leave VVT alone

cams will be fine with pistons (check clearance anyway)

i wouldn't rev past 7500rpm unless you have ARP rod bolts, even with them 8000rpm is the limit if you want the engine to last
