Guidance on chip/scratch

I have two different marks on my lovely cup which I would like to cover up! Looking for some guidance on products/services to help!

First one is a nice chip on the front of the bonnet:

The second is an annoying mark on the drivers side, just near the door:

The second one looks like it would polish out to me. The first one might just be a matter of gradually building up layers of paint until it gets to the rigght level and then using polish to smooth it out.
