if you get a rear cage then it's not going to do a lot to protect you if you get t-boned, it's like carrying a condom with a hole cut in the end ?

Just as much risk having no cage at all though.

Most cars on track don't have a cage. I've only ever heard of someone getting t-boned once.

Racing is a different story.

I'm just guessing, so you'd have to ask a few places. But i'm sure a mate had his Clio ones welded in and that was around £100.
