Harlow Black 172/182 On BBC Look East...24/9/10

I might be wrong but at about 9:45 that looks like a black 172/182 parked up near the post box. Anyone recognise the road and say the car belongs to them??

Think I did well to spot this considering I was laughing at Dave Chadburn's earings from a few seconds before at the time...
