Hayes manual, Engine mounts

Hi Guys and Girls of course.

Does anyone know of a haynes type manual for the mk2 172/Cup available, Haynes dont seem to be producing one yet.

Also, how easy is it to check the engine mounts are functioning correctly. I am getting suspisious noises when pulling away and braking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

tighten them up mate easyest way

ould always buy a certain cd smokey is selling will be of help

Does anyone know where the engine mounts are, do I need to get the car on a ramp to tighten them.
