Headlam washer blanks

Hi all,
I hope someone can be of help, im looking for tips on how to remove the washer blanks on my Clio 182 cup. I was looking to remove them & wrap them but in my first attempt I have managed to snap one in pieces by trying to remove. By doing this I have left a piece in the hole and was wondering if someone can give me advice on how to remove them correctly?
Also does only one know on a part number so I can re order from Renault and a rough price in how much they cost?

i think its a bumper off job mate, they are bolted on from the other side of the bumper, but i could be wrong.

You can just about get to them if you take the wheel arch linings out, you need to remove the charcoal cannister on the drivers side though
