Headlights: Dual Optics Conversion

Hi all, I have a question which ive searched and unable to find the answer to.

I have a 1.2 2000 clio and a 172 2000. As the 172 is off the road at the moment, I have a spare set of dual optics I originally bought for the 1.2, now rather than buying the h4 - h3/7 converters for £35. Can i just remove the wiring loom off the 172 and replace in the 1.2.

Would any futher fuses or relays need to be changed if so? or could it be a straight loom swap.

yes you need to put a fuse into the fuse box.. i cant remember where but yeh you need one
