Heator resistor pack datsheet

evenimg all,

Does anybody happen to have the data sheet for the resistor pack for the heaters on a mk2ph2 (or the correct resistances for each pin)
Based on what I've read here and several other places I'm thinking this is gone BUT when bypassing the resistor pack by bridging connectors 1 & 5 the fans still aren't blowing :s

Not sure if they're different but the car itself is a 2005 182 (with climate control)

I know it's obvious, but have you also checked the fuse?
You're right, shorting 1 & 5 on the plug should get the heater fan running.

I have, assuming I have looked at the right one. Any ideas what else could cause this?

Did it stop working suddenly? I would check again for the fuses and there is also a relay which are always suspect, it may be in the main fuse box on n/s engine compartment.
Not sure about it, but the Clio II manual suggest that it's F34 (20A) for the motor, there is also F6 (10A) which is fuse for the A/C unit.

Otherwise unless its a broken wire or the A/C panel, can't think of anything else - I think the motors are reliable.

I had a similar issue - the blower motor stopped altogether even though A/C panel appeared to work as normal (without blower), I did the 1/5 short test, and blower worked full blast as expected, so replaced the heater resistor pack, which I think it was about £25, and it worked fine after.

I've not long bought the car (<1 week). They weren't working when I got the car. I'll double check the fuses and relay in the morning. Hoping it's not the wires. I'm close to taking it to a garage to get looked at :O

Im sure you just replace a mosfet or voltage reg to fix these.
