HELP - 100+ Alloys

Looking at buying some 100+ Osaka's for my MK2 Ph1 Clio, They are 17's and i want to kno if they will fit my baby. They are offset 38, rim width 7J, stud diameter 100 and 108 and they r 4 stud. PLEASE HELP ALL YOU EXPERIENCED PEOPLE.

and yes they would as clios are PCD 4 X 100.
