I have experienced that problem and it costed me a lot of time and money so Ill hope i can help you not to do the same
99% there is a problem with the loss of signal between TBW TB and ECU or throttle pedal. If that happens even 4 a millisecond ECU goes into safe mode and your dash looks like Xmas tree
Problem could be that the TB itself is malfunctioning and needs replacement too.
If I was you i would go like this
1. buy some contact spray and spray the connestors on ECU ( have to open it - teher is like 30 of them)
2. clean - shake all the conectors from pedal too TB ( u have like 3 of them)
3. If all of this does not help go and do Diagnostics
4. If diagnostics says that is is a TB issues ( they will see if there is a interruption of the signal, you can ask to do a test drive with you and monitor things in real time as you drive ) then your last option os to buy new TB. It is an expencive thing so do all of these thing before as I mentioned.
I did them all + I do a lot of track days and stuff and that thing was annoying me - everytime I went into a curve a laterla G force started to kick in I would have a problem. It is almost common practice for racin clios to do cable conversion among other reasons.
I did not went for that as my car is a daily driver and you lose code key and other usefull stuff but all of my connectors now are connected directly, no jacks anymore
If this thin happens while u drive there i a small trick to save time - switch off the engine while moving wait for a second or two and just star the car again, there is no need to pull over.
Hope I have helped
Cheers
