HELP! my car is rusting from the inside!

just had a look over the bottom half of the car and the drivers side lower sill is bubbling up really bad!! it is about 1/3 bubbled up most of it is concentrated near the rear wheel!

this means that water must have got in or is still in!! i knocked it and it is hollow inside so i wouldnt be suprised if water is in there! infact im pretty sure i have heard a slushing sound when stopping the car hard.

so HELP what can i do? is it gonna eat through the metal and wreck the car?

am gonna try and get pics to show what i mean.

anyones advice would be great. am not happy :(

sills do have water channels in them to drain off rainwater.make sure your sill drains are clear and coat the inside of the seals with waxoil to prevent rust.you can get waxoil with a long straw which you can thread inside the sill and spray the waxoil around.
