Help needed with dual optics

im not sure if this is in the right place, so sorry if it isnt.

i purchased a set of dual optic headlights for a ph1 clio and what i believe to be the adjuster (white dial on top, that connects further down inside light) on one has completely smashed but the other on appears to have come loose from its joint inside the light, is there any way to fix this?
