Help with removing exhaust on a 172 cup

So, gunna be fitting my new yozza race cat back this weekend.

Im sure fitting it will be a piece of piss but im concerned slightly on how to remove my old sportex.

The backbox and centre section is a slide together jobbie with a clamp and looks both pieces have welded themselves together.

Do i have to get the backbox free from the centre pipe to remove the exhaust or can the whole exhaust from the catback be removed in one full piece???

Drop the rear axle and remove in one piece.

^ This or could try grabbing the backbox and twisting, i have found this to work in the past.

Sounds like a pretty harsh job to remove an exhaust!!!!!! Just split the exhaust at the join,hanmmer and chisel between the sleeve!!1
