HELP

i have just reacently purchased a clio extreme 2002, and unfortunately the boot lid does NOT lock when i press lock on the key, however the doors do. i have see on the internet that this is a quite common fault, but just wondered if anyone has any tips if this has happened to them.
Further more, both front seats to not fold to let people in the back, the leavers by the headrests simply flap about?

not sure about the rear boot, could be the motor i guess, as for the seat levers there is a cable runs up the back of the seat, they often unclip themselfs at the bottom, you will have to pull the seat cloth up abit at the back to see this, eitherwise its likely the cables are snapped. not a particular hard of expensive job tbh
