Homemade doorcards

Afternoon track people

Wanting to tidy up the doors on the mk1 with some kind of doorcard. Don't really wanna be spending hundreds on some carbon fibre jobs just for track.

Has anyone made their own? What materials are out there that could do the job?

3mm foamex, cheap, light and very easy to cut

They look great, where did you buy the stuff from?

Foamex came from a local sign maker, door handles from JJC and the door release spacers from cm composites, spacers aren't really needed though imo
