Horrible noise from engine don't think its dephaser

Itsca 172 clio at first I thought it was the dephaser but now I think it may be something worse :-( its just had a fresh oil change with Fuchs supersyn and after driving a little while the engine now sounds like this. Any ideas?

Anyone know what it could be? I forgot to mention that I also changed the spark plugs and number three plug was covered in oil, although I believe the rocker seal commonly goes so I thought it was just that.
