£1200 receipt for engine re-build about 18months back

Might be thinking of selling and was wondering what i could expect to get for her!!!

Not to much tbh.... Harsh but true! How many miles has it done?

I sold my mint and rapid phase 2 valver for £2400 in the end. Thats was with 12 months Mot, 6 months tax, with loads of new parts (Headgasget, clutch, gearbox ect) and more receipts than tescos give out in a year!

its done 10600 - my mate sold his for £1500 to a little chav and his had done 114k!! the bloke looked at it and bought it on a raining dark night - silly bugger!! i hope to get around the 1k mark!!

If its in fair condition you should get 1k easy enough!

Mine had done 104k but as i said i had loads and loads of new bits, mods ect

to be honest mate nothing would be more like it

not at the moment anyway (its not a dig at the car), the market is terrible, nothings selling at all at the moment, i would keep it for a bit longer and then maybe think about it .

Me and the misses are gonna sell our cars and get a 172 or 182!!! need to get some money for deposit and get a small loan for the rest!

I think 1k is reasonable considering its overall condition and the added parts which - prob get just as much stripping it but i have not got the space to do it!

i think its down to luck when your selling your car! i mean my mate was well lukcy. Eager buyer who didnt shop around, didnt check the awful state of the arches, the crunching gears or the only just legal tyres!

yeah esily 1500 mate, have had little interest in my motor mate, cars on the forum dont seem to be moving either.

i think youll need to put on an mot and even some tax cos that gives people peace of mind... then at least it shows that the cars is probably sorted for 12 months.

get the tax & mot mate, then put it up for sale,
as no one in their right mind would touch a car without an mot (well i deffo wouldnt) also tax helps to sell it.
