X1 new 2118 on a new toyo Tyre

Right, just been thrown a bit of a curve ball and the opportunity to get an SLK. The downside is that I would need to sell my clio After having a bit of an itch about changing earlier in the year I decided to keep it but my dad has managed to get himself an new car and has asked if I want to have his SLK, which I really like. I was just after a valuation for a fairly quick sale.

Have a 'full fat' 182 in Black Gold, 2005 '54' plate, around 76,500. Usual features. Am the forth owner - I purchased the car Jan last year, previous owner had it since Jun 07. All standard bar a Miltek cat back exhaust, and have carbon wrapped the bullets and dash inserts. Has original splitter still too. Have had the bonnet resprayed in Feb after someone keyed it. MoT up to Jan 15. F1s on new on the front in Feb and PE2s on the rears, should need replacing for a bit.

Generally in very good condition IMO for the age. There are a couple of car park dings, one on each side, they were there when I got it, will be leaving these at the moment though. None are all that noticeable. Wheels aren’t to bad, was planning on getting these done soon but I have seen far worst. Interior in very good condition. Steering wheel is pretty good too I think, for the age.

Have recently (about 3 weeks ago) had a rear baring replaced, rear shocks done, exhaust joint kit replaced, new upstream oxygen sensor and the air con regassed for summer at Ren7oaks – total cost just over £500.

The big thing is that the belts are due in Jan. My plan was to keep it and get them and keep it for another couple of years. And may still do that. Am just really after getting all the info I can to help make a decision! Can get photos, possible tomorrow, if wanted.

Forgot to mention its got a small crease where someone decided to open their car into it, and the air con needs re-gassing. They're literally the only bad points on the car.

Had the aux belt done 12 months ago, taxed until July, flew through last MOT in Sept / Oct time.

If someone offered me £3.5k I'd probably sell up now tbh - It's weird but I don't think it's 'fair' to put mega mileage on a car like this, it'll only de-value it massively, and take it out of the hands of someone who could potentially run (and enjoy) it for years and years doing less mileage.

Well mine's going up for sale later - unfortunately had a buyer lined up and was let down a week later after I'd put a deposit on my next car.

Have another forum member interested who's going to confirm today - if he doesn't want it, check the for sale section later this evening and someone might grab themselves an absolute bargain ... with Recaros lol

It has only had one previous owner and I have owned it for the last 8 years.
It has just passed its MOT so will come with a full 12 months Mot.
It has a full service history most of which is main dealer.
The only modifications I have done to the car include cat back s/s exhaust, itg maxogen induction kit and clio trophy gun metal grey alloy wheels.

The car has a couple of dings and scratches but nothing to major and is in overall good condition for an 11 year old car.

It really depends on the year the belts were done not the mileage,

I would say £1600-£1800 if the belts were done after 2010, £1300/£1400 if pre 2010 as they are due again soon.

Ok, so it's not a Clio but some opinions might help me put a price to this Punto.

It's been in the family from new with extensive service history.

1.2 8v Active Sport.

3 months tax/6 months MOT.

4 matching Dunlop tyres that have between 5mm and 7mm of tread, they cost close to £300.

Clio 182 Cup in Inferno - 2005 05 reg.
Just under 76k miles. I'm the third owner. FSH, serviced last in May.
MOT until May 2015 (no advisories!), tax until end of Oct 2014. Rear tyres only 1000 miles old, front have plenty of tread and are probably 4000 miles old. Belts were done @ 40k miles or 3 years ago.

Everything works, aircon is ice cold and radio is standard.
The body is in great condition, if anything there is an inch of paint missing on one of the allows, but otherwise it's great.

Am I missing anything?

Belts will be due in 2015 (July 20th to be exact), so this time next year. I presume due to that it'll be the lower end, so 3k-3.25k?

Had it for 4 years now, but with the R on the way I think I'll have to sell up... .

May try and find a way to keep it (just need a place to store it), seems a shame to get rid.

went to look at a 182 in artic blue yesterday for my cousin, was wondering what is a ball park figure of what its worth?

Paintwork and interior are in very very good condition with just the usual steering wheel issues
Cambelt done at 44,000 and 80,000
2 former lady owners
FSH
Upgraded exhaust (unsure to what it is yet)
2 curbed alloys
4 months mot
no tax

Only thing that worries me is dephaser is starting to go, not loud, cant hear it from inside the car just when you open the bonnet.

2005 clio 182 BG with 38200 documented miles

cambelt, dephaser, aux belt ,water pump and tensioner a done a month ago.

Tax and mot till next april

tires discs and pads about six months old

spotless interior

brilliant condition as been very well looked after. Have a file full of receipts.

had a full cat back system including new exhaust hangers a couple of months ago.

Ive fitted a k@n gen 2 (the one with the heat shield) and oil catch can. Have a decat pipe on the way.

also had new lambda and clio pack fitted on last service.

I do have a sump leak at the moment but getting that done in next couple of weeks
