How to get a rounded brake bolt out

Just wondering if i could pick your brains (sound like hannibal lecter!)....

For the life of me i can't get this b*stard bolt out, its an 11mm which attaches the brake hose to another part (same as one that goes to rear brake cylinder

The bolt is like 100 years old and all corroded with a now rounded head

Any ideas... drill?

Pour some good fizzy coke on it and let it sit for a while, should loosen it right up!

As for the rounded head.. mole grips?
