How to remove Bumper Moulding strips?

Hey everyone!!
I'm from Australia and a newcomer to this site.
First off... I'd like to say that this site rocks!!

I'm having a go at painting my Bumper moulding strips but i dunno how to remove both the front and back.. does anyone know?

The door stripes were easy as they just slide off
