Its so sluggish, to the point of being useless sometimes, it seems to take ages to load up any programmes and the hard drive light seems to be on and working all the time, i do all the usual clean up checks and the diagnostics doesn't find anything wrong but it's really bad.......my question is that if if it was a hardware problem then what would it most likely be so i might try changing it and speeding up the damn thing!
