I like renault

My car went in to fix the interior light this morning get a phone call at 12.30 telling me its ready, get there and im knackered had to fly across town on my bike!! Firstly they ask me if im alright, offer me a drink!! Then goes on to tell me what they have fixed, some ecu that controls all the cars electrics. I then go outside to find a car sales man keeping an eye on my bike for me and then helps me put my seats down and put my bike in the back.

How wicked is that!! I was worried about renault customer service but that rocks!!! They even washed my car for me

yea man birmingham renault used to clean mine in and out wen it went for things to be looked at!!

Renault Bolton mate, i was shocked - still am. Its an import aswell hahaha

Most Renault dealers will clean your car, some do without saying, most u just have to ask. Its the least id expect after buying a new car from them. I always get them to do it, even when im there to look at the 182...

Fair play, sounds like some good customer service at Renault Bolton !

My Renault dealer washes my car when it goes in for any work to be done, only the outside tho and they are always very helpful.

mine was a 1.2 that i bought that was 12 months old frm them tho!!!!

couldnt fault birmingham! they were sound as a pound!

I think the Southern Renault deals could do themselves a favour and look at there nothern counterparts !!

Huddersfield Renault also wash your car, but with sandpaper.....

comes out with all manner of scratches!!!
