I need to move away from BD/Pipex/Tiscali

I've been with Bulldog for a long while now, currently paying over the odds (30 quid p/m) for a 3 meg line and a phone line, and I need to move away.

The phone line is with Pipex now, so it'll need to be returned to BT before I can go with another ISP

Anyone dealt with Pipex recently? Am I going to wish I'd have been just stayed put?
