induction+zorst

hi i have just put on a k&n genaration 2 induction kit on my 182 it sounds amazing but theres no improvment in power i think it may have lost some. i no you are going to say they suck in hot air but the gen 2 has an heat sheld plus iv put the air feed to the front grill so it should have plenty of cold air going to it.i was just wondering if a new zorst would solve the problem? cos its sucking in loads of air but i bet the std zorst is not able to get rid of it as quickly as its being sucked in.is it cousing back pressure? im not that good with these things. can anyone help pls

yeah they sound good but still lose power, just learn to live with the fact that you cant have both noise and power from an i/k. deffo get an exhaust though and de cat that will free up some power and improve the sound as well.
