Insurance - 17 Year Old, Clio 1.1 1998 RN

My Insurace is £1550 which is payed yearly so after 1 year i will have paided £1650
This is with Quinn-Direct

Does this sound expensive and one else think this price can be beaten??

i was 17 had a brand new 1.2 16v dynamique insurance was £1400 fully comp wiv norwich union.

just play um off against each other on the phone. just say how much u want to pay, say if you can do it for X then youll be tempted.

i saved £300 this year, aswell as got excess lowered £200, courtosy car added, and put on street instead of garage free.

another good thing to do, get a new quote, then ring up tell um you had a quote oinline, ask um if they can beat it on phone, they probly can, and that way you still get your 10% off for quopting online !

As mentioned, phone about every where and then say it might take you a full day but you will save your self hundreds!!

18 now and my insurance on a mk2 ph1 1.2 8v is just over £1000

i done a 6 month plan at 17 when i passed to get 1yrs no claim after 6 month and that was £700

So now im 18 been driving 8 months £1000 insurance and got 1yrs no claim and brake down cover
