I'm pissed off tbh, I don't know who else to ring, 3200 on my 172 and 2200 if I was to go back to a 1.2 :( WTF

If you pay £4800 per year, how do you manage to pay £471/month? That doesn't work out to me, I make that £5600?

As JD (rightly) said, you're talking BS. Which is fairly indicative of every post you make on here, tbf.

Does removing back seats lower or increase insurance?

Lower it as its less people you are taking in a car at once or higher as its lighter thus being faster ( all be it not a lot )

Who in their right mind would lie about how much they pay on insurance lmfao!
In anything I would lie that its cheaper.
Insurance adds on a percentage if you pay monthly over full upfront. So it was 4800 upfront but its 471 payments as its monthly.

I'm out talking about insurance. Worry about yourself

mines ok after adding my parents to the policy,
I'm 17, female, 0 years no claims and paying £1200 but.... without my parents its £3000.
Insurance is ridiculous for young drivers!

Just got my renewal from Brentacre, nobody seems to be able to beat the price.

£650 fully comp all mods (exhaust/suspension) declared and covered like for like
£300 excess, £80 windscreen cover. £1500 for lost keys, etc etc

I'm 25, 7 years NCB (protected), '04 Clio 182

I've found Brentacre great and have been with them for 2 years now. My renewal is due soon so will be interesting to see what they quote.

22 - 5yncb - crap area - 6 points in the past 5 years. I'm presuming the latter is going to arse rape me. Hopefully it will be sub £900.

Yeah they're spot on for me. Been with them for about 4 of the last 6 years. Should think your quote would come in under a grand but it's like a lottery with insurance these days

I really like the boomerang key thing they do. Did you get that? With the boomerang keyring thing?

I can get insured on a e46 M3 and a 182 Trophy at the age of 21 but not V10 TDi Touareg because 'its too much of a risk due to it being a sports car'

Mine is coming up soon too.

Hoping for sub £700 but doing some online quotes it looks like it's going to be about £790. Still to try the specialists but wont mess them about until I can get a quote thats valid which is 28 days before I think.

If you guys don't live in the real ghetto give Sky Insurance a call.

Ollie also told me it's a 90% discount for Admin. Not sure if that's supposed to be a secret..

A-Plan wouldn't insure me on my Step-Dads Auto Saab. Too sporty apparently. I'm over 25 and my car is faster/higher insurance group.

Not only that but I'm with A-Plan and can drive cars 3rd party anyway.

Yeah I got one last time but forgot to put it on. Apparently i'll get another with my new policy so i'll actually use it this time!

Also I tried Sky insurance, they were nearly the same pricewise but I managed to knock Brentacre down a tad and decided to stick with them as they have some extra cover. Bloke I spoke to (Craig) was spot on though, really nice guy - went well out of his way to get me a better quote.

i just got my renewal was paying 1600 a year fully comp 21 no no claims
now 22 a years no claims gone down to 800 with admiral im happy now:)

I'm dreading mine this year. Whats the chance they'll believe I've put it back to standard?

Got my renewal through from Admiral, £1600, went on confused.com, best price was Admiral, £796. Lol.

Rang them and they will do the online price, did ask them why they wanted to con me out an extra £800, they had no answer.
