iOS 7.0. I messed up :( HELP!

  Hondata'd EP3 Type R
Hi, a friend came into work with his iPhone 5 running a beta 7.0, I was impressed so took it round his after work and he uploaded the software onto it. We used his MBP and his iTunes.

It all seemed to go fine, but its got to the stage where there is a white background and a Black Apple logo and nothing else happens. Its just stuck on there.

I've came home to try and restore it to my old settings, but when I open iTunes and click restore it says:

"there was a problem, requested resource not found"

HELP? lol

Thanks

I did this and was told about a few weeks ur phone will start f'ing up so I reset mine. Put it in safe mode and restore it as a new phone and just wait for the official update :)

And this is why people shouldn't update early when there're not developers. Serves you right I'm afraid.

Hold both buttons until phone restarts. Soon as the phone restarts release sleep button but keep holding the home button. Phone will be in recovery mode and can be restored through iTunes.

I have installed and uninstalled iOS 7 about 5 times without an issue. People only say iPhones are bricked because people don't know how to fix it.
