I bought it. It is cool. It is rock hard on even the easiest setting. It is very in depth and very tactical. Worth reading some guides on it to help you.

If you want a scifi game with a lot of variation to building your spaceship, equipment and crew you should like it. It is expensive but it is rathervslick imo

I read the reviews on the app store and the main consensus was that its a very difficult game.

I'd heard good things about the game when it was on PC. Think I'll just take the plunge...
