iPhone 4S - How much ££?

How much are the 16GB Black iPhone 4S's worth? It is in as new condiction, no scratchs at all, original earphones (not used) and charger plus cable, its also unlocked to all networks too now and I still have the original box.

I paid £280 for mine which is mint and on O2 off a guy locally through Gumtree. They can go for up to £330 on eBay with a decent advert however you then have the potential worry of scams and 10% fees to deduct

Ok, so the person who is telling me that £275 for this phone with a month of warranty left is too much, should be told to go do one?
