iPhone not receiving texts (O2)

My Mrs has an iPhone 4, and she can't receive calls or texts. They do come through eventually, but after several hours from sending it. And the calls just go straight to voicemail.

She can still make calls and send messages!

Is this an iphone issue, or O2 issue?

Is anyone else experiencing this on O2?

Haha no. she's just moaning about it now!

But sorted it. Apparently you have to turn mobile data off then on again :s
