Is it easy to get Mk1 172 door cards off

Basically there isnt a manual describing how to remove the door cards. I want to put Dynamat on the inside of the plastic trim to reduce some of the rattles caused by road/stereo vibration. I have put some around the speaker but it hasnt made a massive difference

Anyone done this?

Easy, just undo the torx screws along the bottom of the door card and pull!!!
