Is this ok?

I've replaced all the washers, bolts and cups on the manifold/decat joint. The old cups were so rusted the boltes kept slipping through. Anyway I've done the bolts right up and wondered if the springs were ok as they look a little compressed?

I normally nip them right up and wind them off a tad, Needs to be some flex in it but not too much.
