Got 182 with metallic paint, both cup options and CD Autochanger for 11100 plus my part exchange which was a P reg Saxo VTS, 95000 miles, no service history, but generally good condition.
I basically went in there and was honest with the bloke and said that I would buy the car there and then if he did me the deal that I wanted. I quoted him the monthly figure I wanted to pay(240) and how long I wanted to pay for(36 months) and the final payment I was willing to pay (around 4000). Obviously, my part ex was well over valued, but that is a good sign that they want to do business.
I told him that I could get the above payment deal off the net and eventually got it sorted.
A word of warning though, I only got this deal because I went at the end of the month. I can bet that they would not do it tomorrow because when he offered me a slightly higher monthly payment deal, and I said I would let him know, he told me that it wouldnt be available on Tuesday 2nd March. Its all about their monthly sales figures, same thing happened when I bought my Saxo.
Total cash including final payment and interest to pay for the car over the three years is 13500, so getting a 15563 car for that much, I am well happy.
